Oklahoma State law requires that records generated by the LEA (Local Education Agency) must be maintained for at least 5 years.

Pursuant to 34 CFR 300.624 Destruction of Information: On July 31, 2024 Stroud

Public School will destroy Special Education records generated during the year of 2018.

It has been determined that these records are no longer needed for educational purposes, and there are no outstanding requests by a parent or eligible student to review records.

Records may be picked up at Stroud High School. You will need a photo ID and sign a form stating you have picked up a confidential file.
